Prefer 8 pm to9 30 pm lap swimming. One lane per swimmer. Not a time to have kids playing. Serious swimming exercise time. They also have it 5 to 6 am

My daughter had a lot of fun in the kids area. It was nice they just need to expand the pool area. They only had a third of it open for swimming and it was super packed so there wasn't a lot of room to actually swim. I'd still bring her back though.

crowd later in the afternoon. Eat well before you arrive bc no outside food or beverages allowed. Snack bar is just that-a snack bar. If you want to keep your shirt on while in the water make sure its dry fit material, otherwise you will be told to remove cotton t-shirts. Friendly staff.
