I took my car in to repair a dent and my car came back with scratches on the trunk, bumper, and inside my vehicle. The workers had denied they were responsible for the damages, even though I had inspected the car before I took it in and I had not noticed any of those scratches. I ended up leaving with my car having more damages that were not there before. Worse service ever!!!!!
Amazing Experience...Brought the car to Maaco as it was both my estimator and fix location. Said it would take 4 days to complete once they got the part and it did. But then little issues started to arise with the glass installers who unhooked things and dragged their feet on little fixes to make the car good as new. Once that was sorted out everything was back to factory.

I just wanted an idea of how much a paint job costs. After being told 4 times he can't help me because I didn't have the car with me, which I totally understand, I just wanted an idea. He stopped talking to me and only addtessed my husband. He did not acknowledge me at all. I just finally walked out.
