My mother passed away on Thursday and we made arrangements for the burial to be on Monday at 11. They told us we had until Monday morning at 8 to pay. My father paid on Sunday afternoon. They call us Monday 2 hours before the mass that starts at 10 that they won't be ready until 3pm. Seriously? 11am was confirmed 3 times.

Bring money...They want $2900 for a simple cremation. That is twice from one funeral home in Pharr and three times a cremetery wants in La Feria. Would not provide me a quotation over the phone. Made an appointment and when I arrived on time, the representative was not there and arrived 15 minutes late.
