Two young men in garden dept.did not follow thru to another dept. for the item I needed. It was however in the building dept. at the end of the store. I could not walk that far.. It weighed 100 lbs.. Found out it was on the top shelf IN the garden section after all.. It took a manager to climb.... I missed my at home connection for the off load.. Young people need to realize they need to be part of the solution.. Don't just say, 'Not my job, or not my dept.' Thank you for asking.. Home Depot is my go to hardware store.
Went over to get some garden products advised cashier in the garden center to call someone for help, help nerver arrived good thing Lowes is around the corner. This place (home depot) has very poor customer service .

I wish i had lower stars. This place is horrible, after dealing with a million people, i ask to speak to a supervisor which it was Clarissa. OMG the worse person you can talk to. Very bad manners and bad bad customer service. I will never go back to this store and will not recommend them. Please people go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.
