I have visited Kans & Kegs multiple times, however just recently the service has been horrible. I have failed to receive a receipt order for my tacos which they ask for when giving me my order. Two of the three times that i have gone in the past two weeks the orders were COMPLETELY WRONG! I asked for Barbacoa on CORN tortilla and another Potato & Chorizo on Flour. I get my order and it was 2 CORN TORTILLAS WITH PLAIN EGG. This last time i waited FIFTEEN MINUTES and they kept trying to give me the wrong order. They did not attempt to correct the issue the first time around. They saw me there waiting and failed to correct the issue. The customer service is horrible, so don't expect much when you go in the mornings.
Some of the best tacos around. Gotta go early or the line will be long.
Delicious Breakfast tacos!! Absolutely the best!! Loved by many, however this often causes a traffic nightmare during morning rush hour... they need to figure out a better way to organize theyre heavy customer load
