The first time I went to just buy some boxes, they had done a company-wide computer update that morning and as of that afternoon they still could do no transactions. No purchase by cash, check or credit card so I had to walk out and go back the next day. The next day I went back and they were very professional and loaded the car for me and took the credit card fine. I have to give them three Stars because the first day they were totally bad and on the second day they were totally good so that's why they got three stars.
I needed to get a piano to San Antonio. Jorge was very professional throughout the process and was quickly able to identify and correct an issue with the lights on the trailer I was renting. We had to switch trailers mid-transaction and it was no problem at all. Excellent Work Jorge!!
