Great pizza, good burgers, awesome arcade, but need to work on customer service a bit more. Being a little more prompt in acknowledging customer and letting them know they'll be with them in a bit.
Very bad service. My kids were at a party having s good time and they were going to start laser tag my kids told me that when they entered the staff changed they were yelling at them and other kids (it was a party) really bad they said (my kids) they felt like If they were at prison or something. They even prohibited some people to play like how. Yea I know they have to be strict but this was a whole other level. We went there to have a good time but came out with something else. And in front of the parents they were someone else. It's sad. I would not recommend having a party here they even threatened the kids not to run in LASER TAG I know that's what it's all about LASER TAG how were they gonna do it speed walk please, and then they entered, started playing, they said it was fun but then out of no reason they kicked them out!
Don't go to lane number 5! Kept freezing and making us stop bowling on and off. Could have friendlier staff. I could tell as the morning went by, they seemed to have less enthusiasm. But, I will return! But for the laser tag and fun. Definitely not the staff members.
Went on a Wednesday (yesterday to be exact) and it was not crowded nor busy. Showed up around 330 and didn't leave til about 630. Games were fun for all ages. Yes you will spend money here but it's worth the good time!
Honestly Main Event is a super fun place for kids, teenagers and Families! My friends and I had a great time! The food is delicious too! The only reason I didn't give this place five stars was because of the service being a bit slow not to mention one staff member was being rude to two of their customers! We we're all having a great time till he ruined our fun at main event! Asking them both to leave just for not having anything on the table! That's outrageous! Kicking out two teens for sitting down and having a conversation while resting from all the fun we we're having! So disappointed with that man's attitude towards them both!
Then the kids said where are the scores and the staff said you can't see them we kicked you out you were running. My kids don't want to come back here. The staff were super rude.
