Took my dog here. Plainly told the vet's assistant and the nurses that the puppy had parvo. Separated ourselves from the main waiting room to avoid infecting other animals. Made us wait in the main waiting room just to tell us the dog had parvo and then made us leave out the side entrance to "avoid infecting other animals". We were the last ones there so the damage was already done. Found out from a friend who had taken her dog there the same time that 6 of the 8 animals in the office died of parvo not long after the visit, my dog was one of them.
Great place to take your dog's. Some services can be pricey. Love the fact that they call you a few days after your visit to check up on your dog. Also like that they call to remind you of your dog's upcoming appointment. Don't like that they close at 12pm on Saturdays. Also don't like that they have no emergency after-hours service.
Great staff...and Dr. MacManus explained well.. easy to understand what/why the medication was necessary for my dog... my puppy is doing better now 1-2 days after its first dose of meds.
My pug Chanel has been going here for almost 10 years. They have taken care of all my pets prior to her as well. I trust Dr Macmanus and his staff. Chanel has had several surgeries with him and they have all gone very well. I would highly recommend to any family or friends.
