Thanks to Christina P. for helping us with our purchase. Christina has a great attitude and makes you feel like you are her only customer. She spent time with us, gave us ideas and different choices to make our items all come together. Her greatest asset is that she listens and wants us to be happy and satisfied with our purchases.
Christina helped us throughout the entire purchase. She was great and transparent with us and that is what we appreciated the most. We were reluctant thinking the delivery would take over two weeks but our furniture came in just in time as scheduled. We will definitely be going back to purchase the rest of the furniture needed for our new home ❤️
The second delivery: delivering the replacement chair, which the delivery team made sure all bolts were tight.
Shopping for something new should not produce a headache such as the one caused by This furniture store that was just filled with multiple misleading false information. To make a long story short, even when finally we convinced ourselves that we would purchase we were told that it would be available a week later. Once we gave part of the payment, the customer service rep informs us that one of the pieces would be available until next month!!! We end up canceling the transaction and it turns out that it now takes 3-5 business days to receive our money back. If maybe the manager(Candy) who was with us for this and clarified all the false information given to us by Her sales rep (Julian) would have been considerate of this and tried to resolve the issue rather than wanting us to take something different things would have maybe gone a different way. This was by far the worst experience ever!!!
I would have given five stars, but the white glove delivery is not completely spot on yet. Normally, I would overlook this issue, but realize it is a concern for safety. Our pieces were delivered in three deliveries. The first delivery: dining table and four chairs, where upon one of the chairs had a slight wobble. Upon flipping the chair over, I noticed some of the bolts that hold the legs in place were loose. To the point where one of the internal nuts was pulled out, which required us to call customer service, provide pictures, and resulted in them delivering a new chair.
We had a very good experience at this location. Customer service was excellent. Thanks to Iris for helping us get a bedroom set that we were looking for.She went above and beyond in assisting us with the purchase. She definitely knows how to treat customers. Always trying to satisfy us and giving us the best options. We were so pleased with Ashley’s financing options that we went back a few days after and bought two more bedroom sets for our kids as well. Delivery was on time.
I understand these chairs probably come prefabricated from the manufacture/warehouse, but my concern is for someone that is more trusting than I am and does not check the quality of assembly before use. This could raise concern, especially in an elderly customer. So it would be who of you, to raise your level of quality assurance to ensure quality of assembly upon final delivery. Other than that minor issue, we absolutely love our pieces!!!
My wife and I purchased a round dining table and chairs, sofa table, and accent chairs, with the assistance of Iris. I must say, Iris went above and beyond, by being patient, and staying late in helping us select the right chairs that matched our ensemble. We absolutely love our pieces, since they look amazing in our home.
Lastly, the third delivery: delivering our sofa table and two accent chairs. Same old story as the first delivery, bolts on the underside that join the backing to the seat were really loose, and one bolt was completely disengaged. On this delivery nothing was damaged or had to be returned, but required re-installing one bolt and tightening of the others.
