Office opens at 7:30 am based on their business hours yet they don't start seeing you until 8 or a little after that. Even with an appointment you can take up to 3 hours. There is no sense of urgency to attend the patients in a fast efficient way. To over hear a person say that she's been there since they opened and to approach the front desk at 8:07 am asking if they will be seeing her is unprofessional. Yes we all have things to do and we make time for them but in a workplace that is customer/patient service the patient comes first. Like anything if it wasn't for the patients the employees probably wouldn't have this job so don't act as if you are doing them a favor someway or another they still pay some service fee.
